The Partnership

Edsel Parminter’s wife has left him for her Spanish lover and he’s been made redundant. Drowning his sorrows in his local pub with Polly George, he overhears some City boys’ plans to open a bar called Pimlico Pete’s, and immediately offer PR services. What follows is a rip-roaring adventure through London as Parminter and Polly go in search of a horse to wow the locals at the opening. But their hilarious antics cause some risky consequences and the Partnership begins to fray…Can they salvage the mission? Or will this be their last job entirely?
