Joseph Stalin is dying of a brain tumour. He dreams of his enemies, paranoid that everyone is plotting his murder. When the savage dictator orders the invasion of Western Europe, members of the Politburo and high Soviet Command begin to cower in fear. They only have seven days to stop World War III.
