Elizabeth is having trouble fitting in with her family…

Natalie, her troubled-teen step daughter seems to be going out of her way to ignore her.

Jerry, her five year old is even more troubling. He sees dark ghosts at night and can’t seem to focus his attention on anything.

When she receives an anonymous letter through the post, saying that her husband Ralph is cheating on her, she feels more alone than ever.

Even worse, she has started seeing shadows of Ralph’s ex wife Caroline in the basement…

Despite the growing problems at home, a family trip to New York seems like the perfect antidote, and as the family jet off, Elizabeth is determined to make the best of the trip and leave her worries behind.

But even before they land, the ghost of her ex Sam comes back to haunt her, and Caroline still won’t leave her alone.

As the family spend more time together, it seems that Ralph isn’t the only one with secrets to hide…
