Mender’s Crossing is a ghost town.

So it’s no surprise that a gang of outlaws think they can do as they please with nobody to answer to.

With the townsfolk too terrified to do anything other than turn a blind eye, crime and corruption runs rife.

It’s no secret who really runs the town – and it’s not the sheriff.

But when a group of soldiers is ruthlessly slaughtered defending a gold train, enough is enough.

The army calls upon special operator Steve Landers to put an end to the violence before any more innocents are murdered.

But no newcomer in Mender’s Crossing goes unnoticed. Steve is being watched very closely.

Some of the residents are simply too scared to provide Steve with the information he needs to crack this case, and others are soon silenced.

Another train carrying a large shipment of gold is due to arrive on Friday afternoon, and there is no doubt in Steve’s mind that the outlaws are planning an ambush.

With time running out, this mountainous task seems almost impossible. Can Steve figure out who to trust before it’s too late?
