Jennifer Baldwin’s family survived the nightmare famine following The Break by smuggling modern-day goods to France in return for the 1065 Outsiders’ precious silver.┬áThe State Security Bureau have taken her parents away, and Jennifer will be next.

The streets of London have turned into a post-apocalptic wasteland and Jennifer is only narrowly rescued from a gang of cannibals by Michael, a Greek ambassador from ancient Constantinople who stumbled into modern-day Britain.

Michael and Jennifer are now on a life-or-death mission to stay one step ahead of the untrustworthy government while trying to discover what the top secret Doomsday Project involves…
